Return and Exchange Conditions

All products you purchase from Çizgi Medikal are under the warranty of Çizgi Medikal. You have the right to change and return the products you have purchased free of charge. Our conditions for exchange and return are as follows:
REFUND and EXCHANGE TERMS
1- Products should be sent to us in a clean and unused way.
2- No special treatment should be made on the product (narrowing, ironing marks, etc.).
3- Trousers should not be made of the products.
4- In the shoes and slippers returns, the returns must be sent with the box of Çizgi Medikal, and there should be no traces (not to be used) on the shoes.
5- shipping costs on products made mistakes in the changes arising from the recipient belongs to the recipient. (See. Distance Selling Agreement) Therefore, you can send products with ARAS, to avoid high shipping fee. For the agreement, send the contract number sent by SMS to the cargo officer.
* Our contracted cargo companies are ARAS Cargo and Yurtiçi Kargo . The products you will send us for exchange or return must be sent with ARAS KARGO for now. Please contact us for special cases .
6- In order for the return processes to take place faster and smoothly, you need to fill in the return and exchange request in my orders section in your customer panel. Return and exchange request can be created after the product is shipped.
7- If there are products to be returned, they must be sent together with the INVOICE SI in the form of DOUBLE SHOTS .
8- For problems arising from our customers, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. In all errors and problems arising from Çizgi Medikal, unconditional cargo charges are covered by Çizgi Medikal.
9- The return and exchange period of the products is 7 days from the delivery date.
10- Exchange terms include return conditions.
* Çizgi Medikal has the right to make changes regarding the products.
* Refunds are made to the account of the payment card on Friday, the last working day of each week. While the amount is reflected to your balance in purchases made with salary cards, there is a limit increase in credit card purchases.
